Bryan is an accomplished and experienced financial leader in the restaurant industry, with a remarkable journey spanning over 30 years. His passion for the restaurant business started at a young age, beginning work as a dishwasher at a local hotdog diner in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania when he was fifteen. His career path included stops with high volume restaurant operators like: Hard Rock Café, House of Blues, ESPN Zone, FOX Sports Grill, and Front Burner Restaurants.
In 2024, Bryan, along with his wife Angela, set out to provide start-ups and small restaurant groups with a proven back office accounting solution to help restaurateurs grow their businesses.

Angela is a proven leader and team builder with 16 years of progressive experience in managing all aspects of the monthly accounting close process. Experienced in staffing, training, and the ongoing development of critical departments including Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Staff Accounting. Solves problems efficiently and effectively.
Excellent at managing teams to achieve maximum productivity while maintaining very low turnover. I am a strong believer in providing professional development and personal growth for all team members.
